We are seeking a skilled and reliable Diesel Motor Mechanic to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure all vehicles operate safely and efficiently while meeting industry and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in diesel engines and related systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections on diesel vehicles and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective engine components, fuel systems, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct engine tune-ups and performance testing.
- Use diagnostic tools and computerized testing equipment to identify faults.
- Dismantle and reassemble engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with workplace safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure roadworthiness and operational safety.
- Provide recommendations on maintenance schedules and repairs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience working with diesel engines and heavy vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
