Join a Growing, Modern Orthodontic Practice
Are you an experienced dental receptionist or dental assistant looking for a role with variety, flexibility, and genuine career growth?
At Glow Orthodontics, we are looking for a motivated and proactive team member to join our growing practice in a unique all-rounder role combining front desk coordination, treatment coordination support, and clinical assisting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys patient interaction, likes being involved in all areas of the practice, and wants to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the practice. You will be a key part of the patient journey - helping create a welcoming experience from the very first interaction through to treatment commencement and beyond.
The role includes a mix of:
- Front desk coordination and patient communication
- Treatment coordination support and patient guidance
- Chairside orthodontic assisting when required
- Administrative and organisational support
- Contributing ideas to improve systems and patient experience
This is a 9-day fortnight position with one Saturday per month, plus flexibility for some administrative tasks to be completed from home.

- Is adaptable and happy to work across different areas of the practice
- Wants to be part of a positive team culture and growing business
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with the practice.
What We Offer

- A varied role with plenty of patient interaction
- Work-life balance with a 9-day fortnight
- Some flexibility and work-from-home opportunities
