Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Beauty Consultant to join our Semaphore team, representing the Clarins brand. The role is permanent part time across the following roster:
Monday 12-5, Thursday 9:30-4:30, Friday 9:30-4:30, Saturday 9-5 = 25.5 hours per week
Senior Beauty Consultants are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
- Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs
- Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products
- Ensure our customers’ transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems
- Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
Skills and Experiences:
People who excel as National Pharmacies Senior Beauty Consultants are required to:
- Provide excellent product knowledge, and presentation in line with a prestige brand
- Be confident in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs
- Are able to relate well with customers and teammates
- Are willing to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Have the ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a committed team.
- Have previous experience as a beauty therapist or a make-up artist. (A certificate IV in Beauty Therapy is desirable)
