Our therapists work with children with a range of conditions, backgrounds and diagnoses, aged 0 to 16.

As our receptionist, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for families, helping to create a warm and welcoming clinic environment. Your day will include managing bookings and schedules, answering phone calls, responding to emails and supporting therapists and the waiting room.
You’ll help prepare and organise therapy resources, handle paperwork, assist with light cleaning to keep the clinic tidy, and proofread documents as needed. You’ll also support the therapy team, helping their day run smoothly and ensuring families feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.
Every day brings a mix of tasks, interaction with families, and opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic, child-focused environment.
Essential working days: Mondays and Fridays 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
