The Physiotherapist works as part of the Allied Health team across multiple areas, providing physiotherapy assessment and interventions to the Acute Ward, Barrabill Health Aged Care Facility, Outpatients (SACS), Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, Hydrotherapy and HARP.
Physiotherapist – Permanent Part-Time Opportunities
Seymour Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will work across Ambulatory Services, Aged Care, and the Acute Services inpatient unit, delivering accessible, integrated, and person-centred services aimed at improving and maintaining functional capacity and maximising individual potential.
The current vacancy comprises two Permanent Part-Time positions:

20 hours per week within Subacute Ambulatory Services

20 hours per week within the Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP)
These positions may be appointed separately or combined into a single 40-hour per week role, depending on the successful applicant(s).

Experience in Community/clinic-based service delivery.

Experience in general rehabilitation, community physiotherapy and chronic diseases.

Demonstrated skills and experience in the provision of physiotherapy treatments, management, support and clinical care.

Undertake Clinical assessments, care planning and treatments

Deliver Health Promotion and Education

Liaise with General Practitioners and other health professionals

Deliver exercise and education components of the following programs:

Cardiac Rehabilitation program

Pulmonary Rehabilitation program

Hydrotherapy (delivered at Seymour Sports & Aquatic Centre)
