We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Montessori Learning Tree.

About the Role
As our ECT, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality early childhood education program that supports each child's learning and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Creating a stimulating, inclusive and welcoming learning environment
- Observing, documenting and assessing children's learning and development
- Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families
- Working collaboratively with educators and the Centre Leadership Team
- Supporting children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Encouraging children's curiosity, independence and confidence
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, supervision and child protection
- Contributing to continuous improvement and the development of the centre's educational program
- Building positive relationships with families and maintaining open communication about children's learning and progress
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and genuinely enjoys working with children.
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
- Current Teacher Registration or eligibility for registration
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Excellent planning and programming skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to children's learning, development and wellbeing
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team
- A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach
