CNC Operator – Join the Vibe Caravans Team

About the Role
As a CNC Operator at Vibe Caravans, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality caravan components and cabinetry. You’ll be responsible for operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring all parts are produced accurately and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery for cutting and machining caravan components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
- Set up tooling, materials, and machine parameters for production runs.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organised.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking or cabinetry experience highly regarded).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
