A Platform Engineer or Cloud Engineer builds and manages the infrastructure that software teams use to deploy, run, and scale applications in the cloud.
Typical Responsibilities
Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines
Manage Kubernetes and container platforms
Write Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Monitor system performance, reliability, and security
Implement DevOps and SRE practices
Support developers with scalable environments
Handle incident response and troubleshooting
Improve uptime, cost optimization, and automation
Pay: $12,500.00 – $14,000.00 per month
