Customer Sales Assistant

We service Geelong and Regional Victoria daily, alongside our expanding national distribution network. Operating out of our vibrant hub in Corio, we pride ourselves on a friendly, positive, and fast-paced team environment.
The Role: As our Customer Sales Assistant, you will be the face and voice of Axis Brands. You will act as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries - whether they walk through our doors, call us on the phone, or reach out via email or SMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end customer enquiries via phone, email, SMS and in-store.
- Processing, tracking, and staging customer orders using our in-house ERP/warehouse management software.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless pick/sale staging and dispatch.
- Achieving set service targets and KPIs to maintain our high standards.
About You:
- Experienced: A strong background in customer service, sales, internal sales, fast-paced team environment.
- Skilled at handling high-volume calls with composure and clarity.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using PC and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams. You must have a proven ability to quickly pick up and navigate complex proprietary database systems.
- Driven: Genuinely passionate about stellar customer service and motivated by hitting team goals.
- A Team Player: Reliable, proactive, and ready to contribute to a highly collaborative workplace culture.
