The Clerical Manager is responsible for effectively managing clerical services within the Centre, ensuring high-quality, cost-efficient administrative support while contributing to the achievement of business and service objectives.
This role oversees key administrative functions, including reception and customer service, medical record handling and management, outpatient appointment management, inpatient and outpatient revenue, secretarial services as well as MDT coordination. Your leadership will be key in promoting service excellence and supporting operational success.
