The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support our growing business in Australia. This role is primarily office-based, focusing on customer communication, sales development, and account support, with occasional customer visits, appointments, or prospecting when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Contact and follow up leads via phone, email, and online communication
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with product enquiries
- Arrange and attend customer appointments when needed
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
About You
- Sales experience preferred, ideally in window & door hardware, building hardware, or related industries
- Experience dealing with window/door manufacturers, fabricators, or hardware distributors is highly regarded
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working both in the office and visiting customers when required
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally
- Work Authorisation: Australia
