Details: The Health Legal Policy team plays a key role in supporting the Directorate's engagement with the legislative cycle across the Health and Mental Health portfolios. The team ensures that law reform initiatives are contemporary, evidence-based, and responsive to the health and wellbeing needs of the ACT community.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Director, Health Legal Policy. Working under broad direction from the Senior Director, you will collaborate closely with senior executives and business areas across the Health Stream to deliver high-quality legal policy advice. You will lead the development and delivery of key law reform projects and contribute to the effective stewardship of health legislation.

Qualification in law is highly desirable.
