The Role
We’re seeking a Junior Joinery Estimator to grow with our team. You’ll support pricing and tendering across kitchens, wardrobes and commercial fit-outs while working closely with design and project teams.
What you’ll do
- Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to obtain pricing and project details.
- Meet regularly with our in-house design team to align on scope and progress.
- Support senior estimators and project managers with day-to-day estimating tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of costing records.
What you’ll bring
- Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
- Previous experience in estimating, joinery, cabinet making, or construction is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and solid numerical ability.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus.
