Levanter Cafe is hiring a casual / full time Barista.
We’re a busy, high-volume cafe located right in the heart of Balaclava, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and good vibes.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Has 3+ years of experience
- Can confidently handle high coffee volume
- Has strong latte art skills
- Is adaptable, bubbly and works well with a team
- Enjoys customer interaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Is reliable and looking for a long-term position
- Has full Australian working rights
The role includes:
- Coffee making
- Customer service
- POS and cash handling
- Table service
- Opening and closing shifts

Trading hours are 6:30am–5pm, with flexible shifts duration.
Weekend availability is preferred but not essential.
