About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Master Data Governance Lead to play a critical role in our Finance Modernisation program, Project Uno , delivering a future‑state SAP S/4HANA environment. This role leads the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide master data governance across finance and operational domains, ensuring high‑quality, standardised and well‑governed data that enables strong financial reporting, controls and business outcomes. Working closely with Finance, IT, Operations and System Integrator partners, you will drive governance from design through to deployment and sustainable BAU adoption.
A day in the life of a Master Data Governance Lead at Toll Group
- Lead SAP S/4HANA master data governance design across finance‑critical domains
- Define future‑state data standards, ownership models and maintenance processes
- Partner with business and System Integrator teams on data models and configuration
- Drive data migration readiness, testing, cutover and deployment activities
- Resolve data risks, issues and cross‑functional dependencies
- Embed sustainable master data governance for BAU operations
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Information Systems, Data or a related discipline
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and master data experience
- Experience in large‑scale ERP transformation programs
- Strong understanding of finance reporting and control frameworks
- Proven experience leading data governance initiatives
- Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level
Skills & Experience
- Master data governance, data quality and ownership expertise
- SAP data models, configuration and process integration knowledge
- Data migration, cleansing, reconciliation and cutover experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery capability
- Ability to translate complex data requirements into scalable solutions
- Confident decision‑maker who can challenge legacy practices
