We are seeking bubbly, energetic "Junior team players" who display exceptional customer service to join our frontline food attendant team.
As a frontline team member, you will have the opportunity to train and work across other areas including coffee making skills and will form part of an exceptional group of professionals in the café.
We will provide all the necessary training for you; all you have to bring is a positive can do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to complete the job to a high standard.
Selection Criteria
- Ability to work Monday - Sunday, flexible Casual shifts. (Between 15-20 hours)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional grooming, presentation standards and communication skills
- A passion to learn and contribute to the success of the team and to offer excellent customer service
Scope of the role:
- Greeting and providing exceptional customer service with a smile
- Suggestive selling, introducing and recommendations our food items
- Assisting in making milkshakes, iced coffee
- Support the daily cleanliness tasks of the store and keeping the store tidy and clean
Skills & experience:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Have a friendly and honest attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
