The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the business.
Working closely with leaders and team members, you will provide practical support across a broad range of people activities including recruitment and onboarding, systems administration, payroll support and our People strategy initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career as an HR practitioner, takes initiative, has great attention to detail and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and based at our Edinburgh North facility, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team, grow professionally and support and influence our evolving people strategy as our business continues to grow.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a pragmatic, can-do attitude, a strong ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and enjoy working with multiple items on the go.
You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role; however we are also keen to hear from you if you are early in your HR career.
