About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our cosmetic aesthetics clinic and deliver high-quality, client-focused cosmetic injectable treatments.
The successful candidate will have experience in cosmetic injectables and a strong interest in aesthetics, skin health and patient outcomes. This role would suit a Registered Nurse who is confident in consultation, clinical assessment and the delivery of safe, ethical and individualised cosmetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and clinical assessments. Develop individualised treatment plans in accordance with client goals, clinical assessment and scope of practice. Deliver cosmetic injectable treatments safely and professionally. Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment advice and education. Maintain accurate, comprehensive and timely clinical documentation. Recognise and appropriately manage adverse events and complications in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. Work within relevant legislation, professional standards, clinical guidelines and scope of practice. Maintain a high standard of infection prevention and control. Provide a warm, professional and client-focused experience. Participate in ongoing education, training and professional development. Work collaboratively with the broader clinic team, including skin therapists, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Support the development of long-term client treatment plans and appropriate ongoing care.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic medicine (preferred). Relevant cosmetic injectable training and education. Strong clinical assessment and consultation skills. A professional, ethical and patient-centred approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong interest in aesthetics, skin health and ongoing professional development. A commitment to safe practice, appropriate prescribing and responsible cosmetic medicine. The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. A professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care.
Experience
Previous experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly regarded:
- Cosmetic injectables. Aesthetic medicine. Dermatology. Emergency or acute care nursing. General practice or primary healthcare. Plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery. Skin health and aesthetic treatments.
