Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our on-site team in Brisbane, QLD. The Service Coordinator will manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between clients, team members, and vendors. Key responsibilities include coordinating service requests, monitoring service schedules, addressing client queries, and maintaining high standards of customer service to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Service Coordination and Operations Management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance or a similar field is an advantage
- Proficiency in using scheduling or operational management software is a plus
