As Executive Assistant, you'll be providing high-quality executive support that enables our executives to lead the organisation effectively through a period of meaningful change. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Brisbane CBD office.
- Manage complex diary and calendar coordination, ensuring time is prioritised against strategic commitments
- Prepare and review correspondence, briefing notes, board papers, and executive communications to a high standard
- Coordinate meetings, governance forums, and key stakeholder engagements, including logistics and follow-through on action items
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO Office and internal teams, the Board, government stakeholders, and external partners
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive in a complex, regulated, or government-adjacent environment
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit high-quality executive documents
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and composure
- Sound judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Confidence in building relationships across all levels of an organisation and with external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools
