RG McGees is growing, and we're looking for some new legends to join the crew!
We're currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team in Richmond.
RG McGees is a busy, community-focused venue offering great food, drinks, live entertainment, events and plenty of good times. We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, can handle a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to jump in and help their teammates when things get busy.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across different areas of the venue and help us deliver a great experience every time someone walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Bar and beverage service
- Bistro and food service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining clean and presentable service areas
- Restocking bars and service areas
- Assisting with functions, events and live entertainment nights
- Following responsible service and gaming requirements
- Working together with the wider RG McGees team during busy services
About You
We're looking for people with a great attitude who genuinely enjoy hospitality and working as part of a team.Hospitality experience is preferred, particularly experience in a busy pub, club, restaurant or bar environment. However, attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Current NSW RSA – Essential
- Current NSW RCG – Essentia
l- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good presentation and attention to detail
- Availability across evenings and weekends
