The Opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Service Administrator to join our busy Perth department on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in the Forrestdale branch.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Production order preparation and timely closure for service invoicing
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
- Payroll support – collating timesheets and leave
- Purchase order and invoice processing
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
