The Role
Hy-Tec is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our team in Mulgrave as a Concrete Agitator Driver on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career with a business that plays a vital role in delivering the materials that help build homes, schools, roads and major infrastructure projects across Victoria.
Whether you're an experienced Agitator Driver or an HR Driver looking to move into a specialised field, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities

Safely load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites

Manage concrete slump tolerances and concrete discharge processes

Complete delivery and operational documentation

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Conduct vehicle checks and maintain truck cleanliness and presentation

Adhere to all safety, operational and compliance requirements
What you will need to succeed

A current HR Driver's Licence

At least 12 months' experience operating HR vehicles

Ability to provide a driver's licence history check

A strong commitment to health, safety and compliance

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills
