We’re looking for a Senior Construction Planner to join our Construction team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of some of our most significant projects.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality planning support across major developments, with a strong focus on post-bid delivery. Working closely with the Planning Manager, Pre-Construction and project delivery teams, you’ll help bring programmes to life — progressing bid-stage planning into fully integrated, contract-ready delivery programmes across design, procurement and stakeholder interfaces.
This is an opportunity to contribute to flagship projects, partner with a broad range of internal teams and bring a strong planning lens to complex, high-value work.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring deep experience in construction planning across complex projects, along with the ability to develop robust, integrated programmes that support successful delivery outcomes. You’re commercially aware, highly analytical and confident working across multiple stakeholders to influence decisions and optimise programme performance.
- Significant experience in complex construction planning and project delivery

Strong understanding of contract requirements, programme logic and critical path analysis
