About the Roles
Welder / Boilermaker / Fitter
You will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components, ensuring all work is completed to strict quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welding, cutting, grinding and finishing components to a tradesman standard
- Producing parts to meet required quantity and quality targets
- Working effectively within a team to meet production outputs
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Following standard operating procedures and completing required documentation
Manual Mill & Lathe Operator
This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who thrives in a hands-on production environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating manual milling and lathe machines to job specifications
- Preparing parts for welding, assembly or finishing processes
- Maintaining production flow and ensuring parts are ready as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area
- Working within quality systems and OH&S requirements
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualification (Boilermaker, Fitter & Turner or similar) - highly regarded, however not essential
- Proven industry experience in welding, fabrication or machining - highly regarded
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings - highly regarded
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy and safety
- Reliable, team-oriented and proactive attitude
