Position overview
The Exams, Results and Conferrals Manager leads the delivery of several critical University-wide student administration services, including examinations, results, conferrals and prize administration. The role ensures these high-volume and time-critical functions are delivered accurately, consistently and with a strong focus on the student experience.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and collaborative leader with a strong background in student administration or complex service delivery. You will be highly organised, have excellent judgement and problem-solving skills, and be confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
The Division of Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. SEEM contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. SEEM activities include general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students including appeals, grievance, academic misconduct, discipline processes, curriculum management and the development and support of student systems.
