As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Services Manager to lead our operational and administrative functions and ensure seamless, compliant service delivery across all areas of the business.
About the Role
The Services Manager plays a critical leadership role within BJ Care Services, responsible for overseeing the organisation's day-to-day operational performance, administrative systems, financial compliance, and workforce management. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure BJ Care Services operates efficiently and in full compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on management role that requires strong organisational acumen, sound knowledge of the NDIS environment, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate and oversee the delivery of NDIS services to participants, ensuring person-centred care in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
● Develop, implement and monitor administrative, financial and operational procedures and guidelines for use across the organisation
● Manage NDIS billing and invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner through the NDIS my place provider portal
● Monitor participant funding and service utilisation, ensuring all claims are processed in compliance with NDIS guidelines and pricing arrangements
● Provide high-level administrative and operational support and advice to senior management on matters including staff management, financial planning and service delivery performance
● Develop and manage the organisation's administrative, financial and staffing resources to ensure operational efficiency
● Maintain staff compliance records including NDIS Worker Screening Checks, First Aid certifications, mandatory training, and all relevant regulatory requirements
● Support management in workplace matters including performance management, rostering, onboarding and staff development
● Analyse complex resource management and operational issues and prepare associated reports, correspondence and submissions for management
● Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, funding bodies and other stakeholders to maintain strong service relationships
● Contribute to continuous quality improvement, incident management and complaint resolution processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
● A Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Community Services, or a related field (or equivalent senior experience)
● Demonstrated at least 5 years experience in a senior operations or management role, preferably within the NDIS or disability services sector.
● Strong working knowledge of NDIS billing, the my place provider portal, and NDIS compliance requirements
● Proven ability to develop and implement administrative and operational policies and procedures
● Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience supporting and developing a diverse team ● High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
● Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

Location / Commute
● Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Officer VIC 3809, or be willing to relocate prior to commencement

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
