OUR TEAM
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.
YOUR ROLE
Perform quality control and organise work
Provide trade guidance and support within the team.
Assist supervisors/trainers with on‑the‑job training.
Work independently or as part of a team with limited supervision.
Prepare technical reports for assigned tasks.
Operate lifting equipment as required.
Carry out non‑trade tasks that support daily operations.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Strong communicator with proven conflict‑management and teamwork skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability.
Knowledge of ammunition products, production processes, and hazardous environments.
Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement, project management, root cause analysis, and configuration management.
