We are currently seeking an experienced Plastics Machine Operator to join a well-established plastics manufacturing facility based in Dandenong South.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating blown film extrusion machines safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production quality and making machine adjustments as required
- Troubleshooting basic machine and material issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with OH&S requirements
- Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous blown film machine operation experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid Victorian Driver Licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle
