We’re looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants / Baristas (Overnight Shift) to join our team in Springvale.
Provide an outstanding customer experience
Set up, fill, and maintain product displays
Upsell products and promote specials
Prepare cold beverages (milkshakes & iced drinks)
Operate the coffee machine and prepare high-quality coffees
Follow food safety requirements (temperature checks & recording)
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store
Strong customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Confidence in upselling
Good organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail or food experience (preferred but not essential)
Barista / coffee-making experience is required
Reliable transport to and from work (overnight shifts)
