As a Cloud DevOps Engineer (AI), you'll play a key role in designing, building and operating secure, scalable cloud platforms that enable innovative AI solutions across the firm. Working within our AI & Digital Enablement team, you'll collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists and technology leaders to transform experimentation into reliable production platforms. Design, build and maintain Azure cloud platforms that support AI solutions and data products.

Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep with reusable modules and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Automate cloud infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell and Python.

Implement security, governance and compliance controls through Azure Policy, templates and deployment guardrails.

Support AI engineers and data scientists to package, deploy and manage AI applications, models and platform services.

Manage Azure services including App Service, Container Apps, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, API Management, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Storage.

Design and maintain secure networking solutions including hub-and-spoke architecture, private endpoints, DNS and web application firewalls.

Monitor platform performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights, driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment and access issues while working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the firm's AI platform, continuously improving automation, platform capabilities and DevOps practices.
What will you bring?
- 3-5+ years' experience in Cloud, DevOps or Platform Engineering, with strong experience in Microsoft Azure.

Proven experience delivering Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep.

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub and/or Bitbucket.

Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and Python.

Experience administering Azure networking, identity management and core Azure platform services.

Knowledge of cloud security, governance and compliance best practices, including Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience supporting AI, machine learning or data platforms, including MLOps or AI deployment pipelines.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across cloud infrastructure and networking environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams.

Microsoft Azure certifications, experience in professional services or exposure to containerisation technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes will be highly regarded.
