Inclusion Pathways Australia Ltd supports people with disability in home and with community access. Our social enterprise, The Baking Bunch is a Not-For-Profit baking business focused on skills development and community involvement for young people with disability. The Baking Bunch provides support for those who need extra care in their lives. Our main goal is to provide those with disabilities a chance to learn, grow and belong and grow towards and engage in paid work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for new team members who enjoys working with a team, communicating with others and working with a variety of tasks. You will learn our organisation processes. We have 2 roles available. One role focuses mainly on working with and coaching people who have disabilities develop skills in all aspects of a baking business, other work environments and in some cases support these young people in their paid employment. The second role focuses on working with our disability team members, though mainly working in our operations and administration function with other existing team members.

Hours negotiable.

Part-time/casual hours: 15-35hrs flexible
Salary: From $32.56 per hour / varies based on experience
