About the role
The Telephonist is a key frontline role within Grenfell MPS, responsible for providing a professional and courteous telephone service for the hospital, staff, patients, and the wider community.
This position ensures timely, accurate communication by receiving, directing, and managing incoming and outgoing calls, and responding to enquiries in accordance with hospital policies and procedures along with administrative duties as required.
This temporary role is located at the front reception area of the Hospital, working Monday – Friday during the core business hours of the facility. The role supports all departments across Grenfell MPS and plays a critical role in hospital operations and patient safety.
