We're looking for an organised, personable Course & Office Coordinator to join our small, close-knit team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines event coordination, customer service, basic bookkeeping, and marketing support. .
You'll be the first point of contact for doctors registering for courses and will play a key role in making sure each course runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.No prior industry experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Course Coordination: Manage course registrations, attendee lists, and correspondence with doctors; organise course dates, schedules, and guest lecturer logistics
Event Support: Assist with the setup and running of course days, including catering, trade tables, badges, and on-the-day logistics for clinical and theory sessions
Accounts & Administration: Process payments and invoices, maintain financial records (Xero), handle registrations, cancellations, and refunds according to company policy
Marketing: Coordinate brochure production and course advertising with printers and dental publications; manage email databases and mailouts
Customer Service: Respond to enquiries from doctors and guest lecturers via phone and email; issue certificates and confirmations
Digital Administration: Update course listings and content on the company website and online learning platforms
General Office Support: Maintain accurate records and folders for compliance, accreditation, and reporting purposes
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
