Innovative Early Learning in Artarmon is searching for an experienced and passionate Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team as an assistant educator.
Minimum 4 days per week (Full-time preferred)
We're looking for someone who brings confidence, initiative, and a genuine love for early childhood education. As a Float Educator, you'll work across all age groups, supporting our classrooms and helping create engaging, nurturing, and high-quality learning environments for our children.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has a minimum of 2–3 years' experience working in an early childhood setting
- Is confident working across different age groups
- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child-led learning
- Is reliable, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Builds positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
