We are AIIMS Group, a full-service digital marketing agency based in Sydney. We work with brands across industries to build their digital presence from the ground up, and our organic social team is one of the most creative corners of the business. We are growing, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
What the role actually looks like
This is not a scheduling-only role. You will be across the full creative lifecycle, from concept through to publish, for a growing portfolio of clients. No two days look the same.
- Develop and execute organic social strategies tailored to each client's brand, audience, and goals
- Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and static content
- Get in front of the camera when the brief calls for it
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple accounts
- Write captions that actually sound human
- Collaborate with our in-house graphic designers on creative assets
- Work cross-departmentally with our SEO and Production teams to align content with broader campaigns
- Own client communication, present ideas with confidence, and translate performance data into clear actions
- You embrace AI as a creative tool, not a shortcut, using it to push client content further, move faster, and stay ahead in a space that never stops evolving.
- Use our purpose-built AIIMS Creator Hub studio for shoots and content production
Who we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a similar agency role
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Confident on camera and comfortable directing others in front of it too
- Proficient in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Experienced with scheduling and publishing platforms (Sked, Later, or similar)
- You know your way around Canva and Figma, and you are not waiting on a designer for every little thing.
- Organised enough to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
- A genuine interest in culture, trends, and what makes content actually stop the scroll
- Strong written communication and comfortable in client-facing situations
- Cross-functional experience or interest in how social connects to SEO, paid media, and broader campaign strategy is a real plus
