We are partnering with an exciting multi-channel retail business, currently going through a transformation journey across their beauty and lifestyle space.
With a strong focus on strengthening its commercial and buying capability, refining category strategy, and continuing to scale its physical and digital footprint.
This is a senior buying role with full ownership of a key category, offering the opportunity to influence both short-term performance and longer-term direction.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading category performance end-to-end, with a focus on driving sales, improving margin, and building a compelling and competitive product offering.
Working across a broad supplier base, you will:
- Shape category direction through range planning and product selection
- Manage and develop supplier relationships, including commercial negotiations
- Identify new opportunities across product, pricing and promotional activity
- Drive performance through analysis of sales, margin and customer behaviour
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strong execution across channels
- Contribute to improving ways of working, bringing structure and commercial focus to the function

About You
You are an experienced Buyer or Category Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering results.
You might come from beauty, skincare, fashion or other multi-brand retail environments, but most importantly you bring:
- Strong negotiation and supplier management capability
- Experience managing range, pricing and margin performance
- Confidence working with data to inform decisions
- The ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where things are still being built and refined
