We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to work as Field Inspectors on behalf of our clients in Melbourne. This is a contractor role, perfect for university students, parents, semi-retired individuals or anyone wanting extra income.
What You’ll Do
· Complete a variety of property inspections, including condition reporting and collection of property data (tax depreciation and other inspections)
· Attend properties at the scheduled time instructed by you (we organise access and provide full instructions).
· Complete inspection reports within 24 hours of attending the site.
· Work with our team to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
· Training is provided, and inspections are easy to complete — no prior experience or qualifications required.
The Work
· Jobs are spread across Melbourne, including remote/rural in some instances.
· Base rate provided for jobs within 60 minutes of the CBD; extra pay for locations further out.
· Flexible scheduling: we contact you with jobs, and you decide when you can attend site. Some client appointments may require specific times, but most are adaptable.
· Workload varies; some weeks will be quiet, others may be busy. Though we're always looking to grow our business, if you want more work.
The Pay
· We pay $100 per inspection. With larger or further away properties paying more.
· The properties may be next door or anywhere within 1 hour of the CBD.
What You’ll Need
· ABN (must operate as a sole trader)
· Business insurance (public liability)
· iOS device (iPad or iPhone) to use our reporting software
· Laser point measurer (approx. $50 from Bunnings)
· Notepad and pen
· Professional attire for inspections
