This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. You will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment services and providing specialist recruitment advice to leaders across the organisation. The role works with leaders to support workforce planning, candidate attraction, selection and appointment processes, ensuring recruitment practices are timely, inclusive, compliant and aligned with organisational requirements.
About You
You are a highly organised and relationship-focused recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with the business to deliver exceptional people outcomes. With a strong focus on governance, compliance and process integrity, you also ensure recruitment practices are fair, consistent and aligned with organisational procedures, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and responsive talent acquisition service to the business. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced in-house/corporate Talent Acquisition professional who is keen to broaden their exposure to People and Capability initiatives that enhance workforce capability, diversity, engagement and organisational performance.
