The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron is experiencing strong growth across our bistro, restaurant, and functions, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Chef De Partie who can hit the ground running and become a key part of our kitchen team. You will be working alongside a young, enthusiastic team that is passionate about food, service, and continuous improvement.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position for a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie, who can run a section independently, maintain consistency and standards across all areas of the kitchen and supervise and support junior team members. This is a fast paced and high volume venue.
What You will Bring:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – 2 years experience
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (including weekends and evenings)
- Ability to work efficiently & independently during busy service periods
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to supervise and support Junior Team Members
