Retail Sales Assistant – Northcote
Casual | Approximately 20 hours per week
Bprimal is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our Northcote store team.
We specialise in barefoot footwear designed to support natural movement, comfort and healthy feet. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion and can confidently help customers find the right shoes for their individual needs.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable and personalised customer service
- Helping customers understand barefoot footwear and find the right fit
- Processing sales, exchanges and returns
- Receiving and organising stock
- Maintaining a welcoming, tidy and well-presented store
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day store operations
About you
You’ll ideally have:
- Some existing knowledge of barefoot shoes and their benefits
- Retail or customer service experience
- A warm, approachable and helpful manner
- Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good reliability and flexibility
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
This is a casual position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during busy periods.
