- Saturday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
About Us
ARA Property Services is a leading national provider of commercial cleaning services. We are currently seeking an experienced Working Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team at David Jones Chadstone.
The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory position where you will be responsible for overseeing site operations while actively participating in cleaning duties. You will ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with site workplans.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and support the cleaning team on site
- Perform general cleaning duties as required
- Ensure all work is completed according to site workplans and standards
- Maintain high presentation standards in a retail environment
- Act as the key contact between team members and management
About You
- Supervisory / leading hand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in retail or shopping centre cleaning (desirable)
- Reliable with strong attendance and commitment
- Available to work weekends as per roster
