AK Perfect Homes is a small, friendly cleaning and lawn/garden care business dedicated to making homes sparkle. We also provide external cleaning, pressure washing and non-professional car cleaning. We take pride in attention to detail and delivering excellent service to every client.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team. You’ll help keep homes in top condition by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including:
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Washing dishes and tidying up spaces
- Inside cupboards, cabinets, and other detailed cleaning as needed
- Occasionally helping with lawn/garden maintenance if confident (not mandatory)
- Deep cleans and end of lease cleans
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Own insured vehicle for transport
- Local to Maitland area

NOTE: Experience is highly regarded but not mandatory. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are more important than previous experience.
The right candidate will be local to Maitland area, as this job includes travelling between jobs - some as far as Raymond Terrace, Paterson, Greta, etc. Travel will NOT be covered by AK Perfect Homes.
Candidate will be provided with suitable cleaning supplies/equipment, and will keep them stored in their home. When chemicals run low, they will be replaced by owner.
