Working closely with Operations, Partner Management, Finance, Product and Technology teams, you'll also lead initiatives from problem identification through to implementation, helping create a more efficient and scalable network.
You'll also
- Develop and embed performance frameworks, KPIs and governance routines that drive accountability and operational excellence through Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Business Reviews.
- Lead initiatives that improve Delivery Partner on the road and during loading time, driver productivity, and customer outcomes
- Use data and insights to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes and implement scalable solutions across the network
About you
You're a strategic problem solver who enjoys improving operational performance through collaboration, data and innovation. You have experience leading complex operational or transformation initiatives and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. Equally comfortable working with data and driving execution, you're focused on delivering measurable outcomes and sustainable improvements.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business challenges and can bring people together to achieve a common goal.
You'll also
- Bring experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, supply chain or large-scale operational environments
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate insights into business improvements and operational outcomes
What else is in it for you?
- Bring your whole self to work every day and be met by a welcoming bunch of people who respect and support you
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
- Opportunities for growth and development through formal programs or mentorship
- Exclusive team member discounts and offers for more cash in your pocket, evolving policies for flexible working, leave types and access to health and wellbeing resources
