As our Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of facility performance, maintenance strategy and contractor management across one or multiple sites in Queensland.
You'll ensure our highly automated cold storage environments operate at peak efficiency-minimising downtime, managing risk and optimising costs.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner closely with operations, safety, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and future-ready facilities.
Lead and execute preventative and reactive maintenance strategies across facilities and assets
Drive asset lifecycle management and capital planning initiatives
Manage third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control
Ensure all facilities meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
Support site leadership with technical expertise and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and optimise energy usage and sustainability outcomes
Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for facilities operations
Champion a strong safety culture aligned with Lineage values
You're a proactive and commercially minded facilities professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or engineering leadership
Background in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or cold storage environments (highly regarded)
Strong understanding of building systems, refrigeration, automation, and compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contractors, and multi-site operations
A passion for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Relevant technical or trade qualifications (engineering or mechanical/electrical preferred)
