About the role
The Program Advisor supports the Gippsland regional transport team by planning and coordinating future capital works programs and supporting project delivery. The role ensures projects clearly address requirements, risks and opportunities, while coordinating procurement, design, service relocations and stakeholder activities.
Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing risks and funding changes, supporting stage-gate approvals and transferring completed projects to operational teams. The role also provides clear program-level advice, builds strong stakeholder and supplier relationships, identifies opportunities to improve delivery, and contributes to continuous improvement of project management processes, systems and tools.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in the delivery of large transport projects (Mandatory)
- Tertiary qualifications in project management. (Desirable)
