Job Description
We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally experienced Business Manager – E‑Max to lead the overall performance, growth, and direction of the E‑Max business. This role is based at E-MAX Scoresby.

You will play a key role in ensuring E‑Max remains competitive, efficient, and positioned for long-term growth, while leading collaboration across sales, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute the strategic plan for the E‑Max business

Drive performance across sales, profitability, operations, and customer outcomes

Identify growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
Commercial Performance

Own revenue, margin, and overall business profitability

Support and partner with sales teams to drive growth and customer engagement

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Manufacturing & Operations

Oversee the day-to-day performance of the manufacturing facility
-
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery expectations are met

Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
Financial Management

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Monitor costs and improve operational and commercial efficiencies

Ensure sound decision-making aligned to growth and profitability
Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team

Foster collaboration across commercial and operational teams
Qualifications
You are a well-rounded business leader who combines strong commercial acumen with operational and manufacturing experience.
You will bring:

Proven experience in business, commercial, operations, or general management roles

Strong understanding of manufacturing or production environments

Demonstrated success driving sales growth and profitability

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Strong financial and commercial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A proactive, results-driven leadership style
Automotive, heavy vehicle, or aftermarket experience is highly regarded but not essential.
