Linkr Care is a registered NDIS provider based in metropolitan Melbourne, providing person-centred support to people with disability to promote independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
At Linkr Care, we are passionate about providing genuine, person-centred support and creating positive, respectful relationships with the people we support.
We understand that every support worker brings different strengths, experiences and availability. We aim to offer a supportive and flexible working environment, with opportunities to be matched with participants based on your experience, location, availability and strengths.
We are currently growing our team across the Casey and Manningham areas and would love to hear from caring, reliable and motivated support workers who take pride in the support they provide.
Cantonese and/or Mandarin-speaking support workers are highly regarded, as this may assist us in matching workers with participants based on their individual communication and cultural needs.
If you feel your experience and approach would be a good fit for Linkr Care, we encourage you to apply and have a chat with us. We’d love to hear more about you and what you can bring to our team.
