We’re a contemporary food business that was first established in Mordialloc in 2016, offering vibrant, pan-Asian street food that ignites senses. Our portfolio includes Bang Bang Restaurants in Mordialloc, Hampton, St Kilda with the newest Bang Bang recently launched in Frankston. We're now looking for FOH staff to join the team in all of our locations, including Restaurant Supervisors, Floor/Bar Staff & Junior Runners. - Energetic people with a team mindset and positive work ethic
- Quick thinking and excellent problem solving abilities - no two days are ever the same!
- Driven, determined people who can coach and inspire our team, no matter the level or role you've taken on - we're about collaboration
- Proven experience in a similar role (1 years minimum) for Floor/Bar staff, and a 'can do' willing to learn attitude is all our Junior Food Runners need to bring to the table!
- Experience implementing and upholding company policies and standards
- A high level of food & beverage knowledge (more senior positions), and the ability to spark engaging conversations with our fantastic customers
