Nude Amigos is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our leadership team in the heart of Cairns. Located on Pier Point Road beside the Shangri-La, we are building a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional food, beverage, and guest experiences.

Role Highlights
Floor Supervisor
- Lead front-of-house operations
- Support and motivate service teams
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure smooth daily venue operations
Bar Supervisor
- Oversee bar operations and service standards
- Train and support bar staff
- Maintain product quality and presentation
- Assist with stock control and ordering
Sous Chef
- Support kitchen leadership and daily operations
- Maintain high food quality and consistency
- Assist with training and development of kitchen staff
- Uphold food safety and kitchen standards
